Hali Tackles Honor

Tamba Hali has been showered with honors this week after his dominating performance against Wisconsin. This time the fans of the Nittany Nation have patted Hali on the back for his performance by voting him as the Fight On State Player of the Week in overwhelming fashion.

Tamba Hali has already received a slew of awards this week, including being named:

Walter Camp National Defensive Player of the Week
The Sporting News Player of the Week
Sports Illustrated Player of the Week
Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week
USA Today Player of the Week

Well, now the Nittany Nation has chimed in by naming him the Fight On State Player of the Week in response to his overpowering performance against Wisconsin.

Hali ended the day with nine tackles (three unassisted, seven for loss) and four sacks. He faced double teams on nearly every snap throughout the game and still managed to not just apply pressure, but wreak havoc for John Stocco and the Badger offense.
