Evans Discusses Decision Process

With Maurice Evans making a decision at the U.S. Army Bowl in January, he still has some time to ponder his final two choices and decide where he will play at the next level. Where do the Nittany Lions stand with Evans? Is he close to a decision?

For Maurice Evans, he wakes up one day a Nittany Lion and the next a Cavailer. This four-star defensive end prospect from Middle Village (N.Y.) Christ The King High School will have a tough decision to make.

"Yeah, it's hard," said Evans. "Both (Penn State and Virginia) are great schools that are very similiar. I feel at home at both places. I am just going to decide on my gut feeling at that time."

That time is at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl where Evans will be one of a handful of recruits that announce their college destinations during the game. That gives him time to decide between the two.

"One day it's Penn State and the next it's Virginia. I guess I need to bring both hats."
