"Both of the visits were crazy good. I had a blast at both places," Carter said.
"It was exciting at Penn State, just being around a great team like that. I really enjoyed myself and bonded with the players. We did not go out. We stayed around campus and did the tour. We ate at the stadium and it was cool being up there."
"At Rutgers we go to go to New York City. That was real fun. I had never been there before, so it was a really cool experience. I was on the visits with a bunch of other recruits, and it was crowded, but it did not have an affect on my thoughts either way. I had a nice talk with the staff and they said that I could be successful there. I know that getting an education from there is outstanding."
The Scout.com three-star prospect has set up his final official visits.
Carter denies having a favorite school at this time, and he is wrestling with his thoughts about a decision.
"I am still up in the air. I kind of want to get it over with, but I just don't know for sure at this time," Carter reported.
