And Then There Were 23

Tuesday marked a day of epic proportions for the Nittany Lions' Class of 2006, with three nationally ranked prospects making their pledge to wear Blue and White during the next chapter of their football careers.

With Patrick Devlin, Antonio Logan-El and Phillip Taylor all selecting Penn State, the Nittany Lion Class of 2006 moved up to 23 in total and all but secured its place as a nationally ranked top five class this year.

What is even more amazing is the breakdown of the Class of 2006 regionally:

Maryland: 7
Pennsylvania: 5
New Jersey: 5
New York: 3
Virginia: 2
Delaware: 1
