Penn State cornerback Alan Zemaitis checked into the NFL Combine at 6-foot-1, 195 pounds. Interestingly enough, Zemaitis has decided he will not work out at the event stating that he wants to feel more comfortable when showcasing his skills and will do so at Penn State's Pro Day on March 16.

This is the second major event Zemaitis has opted out of to display his abilties, the first being his decision to skip the Senior Bowl.

Currently, Zemaitis is working out in Phoenix, Arizona and is focusing on his speed and explosion off the line. Zemaitis says he fels he can perform in any type of coverage scheme, but particularly excels in a cover-2 approach.

Zemaitis says that he can play press man and just tries to disguise the coverage to take advantage of opposing quarterbacks. He is very confident in his coverage skills and hopes to run a 4.4 forty yard dash at PSU's Pro Day to impress the NFL observers.
