In addition to the Nittany Lions, Eagles, and Terrapins, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Temple, and Miami (OH) have also extended written offers. Moye said that Penn State coach Tom Bradley is recruiting him for the Nittany Lions.
"Most of the schools are recruiting me as a wide receiver," Moye said. "Penn State is recruiting me as athlete. They said they want to try me at multiple position, whatever is best for the team, that's where thy put me."
At Penn State's junior day, Moye sat through a presentation of current Nittany Lions' players in a panel discussion. He also had an opportunity to take a tour of the campus.
"I like the campus," Moye said. "Penn State is the only one I've been able to visit so far. I like what they did last year with all the freshman. With being Penn State, there is 100,000 people coming to see the games."
As for the rest of the summer, Moye said he plans on taking it easy.
"I don't really have any plans on going to camps," Moye said. "I'm planning on hitting a few places."
One of those places Moye said he wanted to visit was a Happy Valley.
"I think I'm probably going to wait until after the season and get all of my visits in," Moye said. "My coach wants me to do it before the season to avoid the stress."
