"I was here for about six hours, but it exceeded my expectations and was a lot better than my first trip there," Sukay said. "Coach (Charlie) Weis took me on a tour for about an hour. I then met with a person in the academic office and talked about classes and stuff. I met with the wide recievers coach, the defensive backs coach, the defensive coordinator and (John) Latina for a while."
Sukay was impressed with a different style of recruiting by Notre Dame.
They showed me the Tommy Zbikowski fight, all 49 seconds or whatever it was. That kid is quick as can be," he said.
As far as which position Sukay would play that is still up for debate.
They said the offensive and defensive coordinator's were fighting over me. They showed me who all was leaving and theres a chance that I can play early on one side of the ball or the other."
Sukay not only came away with Notre Dame, but also their head coach.
"Coach Weis was really cool. He was very down to earth. I liked it a lot, I'm open right now between the three schools."
Sukay is coming off a tiring 7-on-7 performance at Louisville and the drive to South Bend, so he will not visit Pittsburgh tomorrow and instead will visit Wednesday or Thursday.
"I'm wore out. I think I need to relax a tomorrow," Sukay laughed.
