Lee Tackles FOS POG

Grabbing 17 tackles against Illinois, Sean Lee got another take-down this week as he grabbed the Player of the Game honor from Penn State fans for his Herculean effort against the Illini.

Sean Lee brought his "lunch pail" work ethic to Champaign last Saturday in a game that was tough for Penn State fans to watch. With 17 tackles, Lee's performance was the most take-downs in a single game since Paul Posluszny grabbed 22 against Northwestern in 2005.

Here is how the voting broke down:

Sean Lee: 45%
Jeremy Boone: 35%
Derrick Williams: 14%
Jordan Norwood: 1%
Austin Scott: 1%
Other: 3%

The FightOnState.com Player of the Game is the ONLY honor awarded to a Penn State player by Nittany Nation fans. Voting is conducted exclusively at FightOnState.com after each PSU game.
