Lynn Takes in Alamo

Celina, Tx. defensive back D'Anton Lynn has been thinking about his commitment to Penn State in recent weeks. Where do the Nittany Lions stand after the Alamo Bowl win?

As of Saturday night Penn State was still the top school on D'Anton Lynn's list.

"I went to the Alamo Bowl to see Penn State play with a few friends," Lynn said. "It was a really good game. It was a very pro-Aggies crowd, but Penn State overcame that pretty well."

Lynn has been contemplating visits to other schools since the departure of his lead recruiter from Penn State, Coach Brian Norwood. "I am still committed to Penn State," Lynn said. "I just wanted to look at a few other schools to make sure that I am still comfortable."

Lynn has yet to set up any other visits, but one team seems pretty likely to receive a visit. "I havent set it up yet, but I would like to visit Texas Tech soon," Lynn said. "I am also considering Baylor and Oklahoma. I have been to Oklahoma a few times so I don't think I need to visit them again."

Lynn has seen several coaches come through his high school in the past month, but he is aware of only one other coaching visit coming up.

"I know Coach Tom Bradley from Penn State is coming down to see me sometime soon, but that is the only one that I know," Lynn said.
