Recruiting Chat Recap

Get an exclusive recap of Penn State's recruiting efforts with the Class of 2008 from Cory James now that we're in the home stretch with Letter of Intent Day less than a month away.

With LOI Day less than a month away Cory James hosted another FOS Recruiting Chat on Wednesday evening. here is a recap of the chat highlights.

A.J. Alexander: With Penn State turing their attention elsewhere, Alexander is down to Pitt, Tennessee and Florida State. Cory says it's likely down to Pitt or Tennessee for Alexander's services.

D.J. Woods: Woods confirmed that PSU is once again a school of interest for him. He will be taking a week alone to himself for finals before he turns his attention to making a final decision after decommitting previously from Nebraska and West Virginia after coaching changes.

Zach Kerr: Cory believes Kerr is learning towards Maryland at this stage, but things could change.

Offensive Line: He indicated Penn State is done with offensive line recruiting with this class at this stage.

Kenny Tate: He likes PSU's chances of landing Tate and feels PSU is a strong candidate to land him in the home stretch.

Strategy: Cory believes PSU may lose out on some guys because of the hustle other coaching staffs are showing above and beyond PSU's current efforts to close out the Class of 2008.
