The 6-foot-6, 280 pound offensive tackle from Portsmouth, Ohio is PSU's 16 pledge in this class.
"I just committed to Coach Paterno a few minutes ago. I have been up here all week with my brother and it felt like the right place to be. Purdue was in it until the end, but Penn State just felt right," Cadogan explained.
Cadogan wanted to make his decision now since his high school football season starts in a few weeks.
