On how the role of the FB has changed at PSU:

"I don't really think about it too much. The spread has been working well for us. Whatever works well we'll go with."

On the difference blocking for Green and Royster:

"Royster is a great running back. He has such great vision. He knows what he is doing out there. Green is a bit faster. They both help me out by helping to set up blocks for me and being patient. It's great blocking for both of them."

On his role of blocking:

"I don't mind blocking. I like helping guys score by making a block. If I get the ball, I get the ball, if not that is how the game is played."

On his surprise on getting called for the goal-line score vs. Syracuse:

"I was joking with Daryll Clark in the huddle asking..."
