Williams Grabs FOS POG vs. Iowa

Derrick Williams was all over the field for the Penn State offense last Saturday against Iowa. And the Nittany Nation has thanked him for his performance by naming him their FightOnState.com Player of the Game.

With 154 all-purpose yards and a touchdown, Derrick Williams was a force in the Iowa game for the Penn State offense. Seeing action from the backfield, wideout position and even getting direct snaps from the 'wildcat' formation, Williams tried to give his team a spark on several occasions.

Here is how the voting broke down:

Williams: 55%
Odrick: 37%
Kelly: 4%
Royster: 2%
Boone: 2%

The Fight On State Player of the Game Award is the FIRST and ONLY honor given to Penn State football players by Nittany Nation fans. Voting is conducted exclusively at FightOnState.com after every game.
