Get a closer look at the changes on Penn State's recently released winter player list. Who's bigger? Who's smaller? Who changed numbers?

With spring practice tentatively set to start March 23, the Penn State players continue to prepare through the winter conditioning period. The recently released team roster provides some interesting changes for some key players.

Number Game

Several players made jumps to with their jersey numbers. Among the new numbers are:

Brandon Beachum: 3 (from 25)
Navorro Bowman: 11 (from 18)
Chris Colasanti: 48 (from 53)
Cedric Jeffries: 7 (from 29)
DeOn'tae Pannell: 50 (from 75)
Chaz Powell: 2 (from 12)
Nick Sukay: 10 (from 26)
Mark Wedderburn: 13 (from 86)

The four early enrollees in the Class of 2009 also got their numbers:

Anthony Fera: 29
Gerald Hodges: 6
Ty Howle: 53
Kevin Newsome: 12
