Artistic Approach to Charity Work

The Blu Art Foundation will be working to raise money throughout Blue-White Weekend. See where you can catch up with Matt Rice and company.

I would like to personally invite you to several events that I will be hosting during this year's Blue-White Weekend. I will be unveiling some new pieces and am excited to share them with you.

You can view my collection at any one of the events listed below and I hope to see you at one or more of these events.

Throughout the weekend, will be working to raise money for the Blu Art Foundation. Our goal is to facilitate the growth and education of children through the arts, and to encourage the artistic development of struggling adult artists. We seek to encourage and develop the practice, education and business of art within strategic communities.

Friday April 24th:

Blue White Weekend Welcome Reception
hosted by the Blu Art Foundation
Nittany Lion Inn Lobby & Rotunda
2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Exhibit, Silent Auction, Raffle & Autograph Session with former Penn State football players scheduled for 5 p.m. to benefit Blu Art Foundation
Silent Auction items include artwork, fine jewelry, autographed Penn State memorabilia and a one-week stay in a Stowe, Vermont condo. One notable piece of artwork in the auction will be an autographed poster print of “In Virum Perfectum,” the work I unveiled during the Rose Bowl events which honors Coach Joe Paterno.
Confirmed players for the autographed session at this point are: Matthew Rice, Michael Robinson, Jay Alford and Adam Taliaferro.

Please remember that all my events this weekend will benefit this important cause. Bid on auction items, purchase raffle tickets and give generously to help these kids. A percentage of all art sales will also benefit this cause Stop by any of the events to learn how you can get involved with the Blu Art Foundation.
