Know Your Foe : Pittsburgh/Notre Dame

Tony Greco of PantherDigest.com talks with Dave Berk of Irish Eyes about this weekend's game between Pittsburgh and Notre Dame.

Pitt travels to South Bend Saturday, looking to not only extend its winning streak to three over the Irish, but to also extend its winning streak to three in South Bend. The Panthers last lost to Notre Dame on September 3, 2005--Dave Wannstedt's first game as head coach at Pitt. The Panthers last lost in South Bend on October 12, 2002.

Notre Dame is coming off a 31-13 win at Boston College last week--ending a three-game losing streak, while the Panthers are coming off a 44-17 win over Florida International.

Is Notre Dame quarterback Dayne Crist on his way to a breakout season? Can Pitt's Dion Lewis rebound? If not, is Ray Graham going to produce another 100-yard game? Which receiver will step up big--Jon Baldwin or Michael Floyd?

These are just a few of the topics we discuss, as we get set for Pitt-Notre Dame on Saturday.
