Triple Crown For Pitt

Terrish Webb caught 45 passes for 965 yards and 15 touchdowns this season, helping his team to a state championship.

Terrish Webb made it official over the weekend, committing to the Panthers on his official visit.

Webb is now the 24th commitment in the 2013 recruiting class, and the third member of Clairton's state championship team to join the class; joining Titus Howard and Tyler Boyd. Howard committed to the Panthers over the summer, Boyd last Saturday.

Webb initially committed to Kent State over the summer, but picked up a Pitt offer a day after his team defeated Sto-Rox for the 2012 WPIAL Championship. In that game, on November 23, Webb caught 4 passes for 99 yards and 2 touchdowns. He also had an interception and a pass breakup on defense.Webb picked up the Pitt offer, before Darrell Hazell--the coach who recruited him at Kent State--took over as head coach at Purdue. Webb waited patiently, committing on his official visit this past weekend.
