Weah Is A Panther

Pitt adds Madison Memorial (WI) receiver Jester Weah to the 2013 class; its second commitment this week. He joins Oconomowac (WI) tight end Zach Poker. Both players were offered earlier this week after taking their official visit to Pitt last weekend.

Jester Weah has informed the Pitt coaching staff that he will be joining the 2013 recruiting class.

"We're very excited for Jester," Madison Memorial head coach Mike Galindo said. "He's very happy. Of course, everyone (in Madison) loves Paul (Chryst). We're excited to see Jester going to Pitt.

"Pitt is playing in a great conference; a very challenging schedule. It's great to see Jester going to a place like that."

Weah took his official visit last weekend, picked a Pitt offer on Tuesday when head coach Paul Chryst visited him, then informed the staff Friday he was coming.

As a senior in 2012, Weah caugh 39 passes for 799 yards and 8 touchdowns.
