Herr Adds More Offers

Jamie Herr talks about his most recent offers, as well as how his summer schedule of camps is shaping up.

Eastern Christian Academy (MD) offensive lineman Jamie Herr has built an impressive list of offers, and he's not done.

Currently with ten offers, Herr talked about his two most recent ones.

"Syracuse and West Virginia," Herr said. "I've been to West Virginia a couple times, and I went to their spring game three or four weeks ago. I'm going to camp there as well, probably at their one-day camp. I enjoyed the game. It's a great atmosphere, a nice little town.

"Syracuse, I haven't really had much contact with their staff, but they were at my school last week. They're coming back next week. We have a college day coming up at our school, where a bunch of different colleges will be by to see us work out."

Pittsburgh also offered him this spring. He says he hasn't heard from their coaching staff recently, but is also planning to get up for a visit, possibly at a camp.

"I haven't really contact with them, outside of when they first offered," Herr said. "I haven't been up there, but hopefully I'll get up there over the summer. If I don't get up there for a camp, I'll get up there to watch them play."

Those are just a few schools Herr is talking about. He and his teammates are taking an extensive tour later in the summer to a number of college camps.

"We'll start off with Maryland, then we'll go out of state," Herr said. "We'll go to Michigan, Notre Dame, Louisville, Tennessee. Then, we'll go back through Florida and through the Carolinas."
