It didn't take much for Marcus Collins to decide he was a Panther
Collins was offered by the Panthers last month. It was his first FBS offer.
Though he was impressed with the Panthers from afar, he needed to see the place in person.
He did that this weekend, and quickly decided Pitt was the place for him.
"Just committed to the University of Pittsburgh!!!! #HTP #PANTHERS," Collins tweeted on Friday afternoon.
In addition to Collins being the 15th player to verbally commit to the 2014 class, he is the fourth player to commit to the Panthers from the state of Wisconsin (Gabe Roberts - 2012, Zach Poker - 2013, Jester Weah - 2013) since Paul Chryst was hired.
Also, with a commitment from the state of Wisconsin in this class, Paul Chryst now has 15 commits represented by nine different states.
Stay tuned to Panther Digest for more on Collins' commitment.
