P.J. Fulmore is hoping to make a big impression on the Pitt coaching staff at its upcoming prospect camp.
Pittsburgh will be one of his first stops on June 6, and he's hoping for a good enough performance that would bring in an offer.
"They've said they're going to work me out at their camp, and if it goes well, I'll have an offer," Fulmore said. "Coach (Chris) Haering has come by my school, and Coach (Joe) Rudolph too. I probably talk to Coach Rudolph, more.
On top of that, a number of schools have visited Fulmore at school--too many, at this point, to determine which of those he would visit.
"There have been a ton; Harvard, Princeton, Columbia, Colgate, Penn Lafayette, Akron, Pitt, Kent State, Toledo," Fulmore said. "I'm not sure about the camp or visits, unless the school brings it up, but I'm pretty sure they'll offer."
With Kent State and Toledo--same as for Pitt. They want him to come to their camp, and if all goes well, he'll receive an offer.
"Toledo said they want to come up, they were pretty happy about that," Fulmore said. "Kent State, they gave me a lot of information about their school, and invited me to their camp."
Fulmore is also starting his 7-on-7 season, competing in Philadelphia this past weekend, with a lot of tournaments in between his camp visits.
