Will Chandler bring buddies along?

One of the most underrated players in the Sunshine State is wide receiver Kelvin Chandler of Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Dillard. The 6-foot-2 and 180 pound standout with 4.5 40-yard dash speed committed to Pittsburgh at the beginning of January. However he's become a soft commitment due to taking other visits. Has he firmed things up yet?

"I'm a done deal for Pittsburgh," Chandler said. "I'm done visiting schools. I want to be the next Antonia Bryant at Pittsburgh."

Chandler has already met Pittsburgh's prized recruit in All-American quarterback Anthony Morelli.

"I've already met him and I'm very happy to get a chance to play with him," he said. "He throws a great ball."

Will he bring a couple of buddies along for ride with him up North?

"I also feel like that my teammate at Dillard, Vernon Smith will join us also."

As a senior, he has 13 receptions for 247 yards and one touchdown.
