Welcome back home Bokes

The Pittsburgh Panthers defensive line will definitely be improved next season. The Panthers will finally have 2004 verbal defensive tackle Craig Bokor. Bokor called and gave us his good news on Wednesday.

Valley Forge (Pa.) Military Academy defensive tackle Craig Bokor (6-4, 275, 5.0) will be in class at the University of Pittsburgh on (1/5/05). Bokor got the good news that he exceeded the required score on his SAT to be eligible.

"I needed a 940 and I got 970," said Bokor "I can't wait to come back home."

Bokor attended Pitt practice on Tuesday and he got to deliver the good news personally.

"I was so happy to tell coach I made it, I want him to be proud of me," said Bokor "My world is so much better right now."

"This is my home, it was great to see all the players and coaches again."

So when will Bokor officially be back home?

"I'd like to say now, but I am taking a college English class that I get college credit for taking."

Bokor is taking his official visit to Pittsburgh, and will be in attendance for the "Backyard Brawl" Thanksgiving Night.

Congratulations Craig, all the hard work has paid off.

"Thanks Bob, I just so happy right now it's all coming together."
