Hargrove Cleared And Ready For Action

Justin Hargrove gives us the latest on his health and his recent official visit to Pittsburgh. After a tough senior season the future is looking up for this Baldwin athlete.

Justin Hargrove was forced to miss the majority of his senior season due to a head injury, he is now 100% and ready to embark on his college career.

"I'm all cleared and ready to go," Hargrove said.

This weekend Hargrove made the short journey from baldwin to Oakland for his official visit to Pitt. He was hosted by former Kiski Area standout Adam Gunn.

"It was real fun and informative too. We went to Dave& Busters and hung out in the dorms with the players on Friday night, then Saturday was mostly tours. Today we had the chance to have individual meetings with our position coaches and Coach Wannstedt."

Hargrove who was recruited as a defensive end has developed a liking to Pitt defensive ends coach Charlie Partridge.

"Coach P is real cool, I like him a lot."

Hargrove and most of the other committed players who were on hand took the time to do their own recruiting efforts on Thaddeus Lewis and McKenzie Mathews over the weekend.

"Oh, yes we were working on them most of the weekend."
