"The Air Force coach just came in, they did not really make me an offer, but they told me that they wanted me to play for them."
"New Mexico State, Akron, Duke, and Indiana are recruiting me as tight end. Miami, West Virginia, and Pitt are recruiting me as a tackle.
In addition to being a great football player the Grove City, Ohio standout is also being recruited by some programs for basketball.
"I am actually planning on going through basketball and see how things are going. I am going to visit Lipscomb (offer) for basketball, and I am saving another one of my official visits for Middle Tennessee State, who is also recruiting me for basketball. They are supposed to let me know if they are going to offer by the middle of January."
Despite showing a strong affection for basketball, Price may be swayed to football if Pitt or West Virginia were to come through with an offer. As it stands, Price has four trips banked, and the last spot may be up for grabs between the bitter rivals. He was able to visit Morgantown un-officially when they pummeled Pitt.
"I went to the Backyard Brawl. It was freezing! I loved the campus…. I loved it. It was good. The campus had good surroundings, and they love the university there. It is kind of the center of attention."
One program may be recruiting Price for both sports.
"My basketball coach actually just recently talked to the basketball coach at Miami and the coach from Miami said he was going to talk to the Coach [Shane] Montgomery about maybe me playing both. It would be awesome, but it would be really hard. Miami wants me for tackle, so I would need to be up around 300 ponds," Price said.
Price reports a 3.8 GPA, 21 ACT.
