According to recruiting analyst Bob Lichtenfels, Lindsey is expected to publically announce he's joining the Panther football program early Sunday. ranks Lindsey the 10th best outside linebacker in the nation and a "four-star" recruit. A phenomenal athlete, he led the Quips in tackles for two consecutives seasons. Brandon chose the Panthers over Ohio State and West Virginia. He joins fellow Class of 2007 linebacker commit Max Gruder.

This season, Lindsey rushed for 743 yards on 151 carries and led Aliquippa High School to a 10-1 record overall.
