Pittsburgh has 15 practice sessions schedule during spring drills, including the annual Blue-Gold game April 11 at 2 p.m. at Heinz Field.
Can we get started already?
First, we work out the kinks.
And Drill Sergeant Morris puts the troops through the paces.
Now, how do we get out of this?
Get down to it.
Stand around and wait.
Pitt defensive coordinator Phil Bennett's already at his fighting weight.
But these guys need some work.
Fifth-year senior LB Shane Murray gets some extra work on the sideline.
Doug Fulmer and Gus Mustakas go off with Buddy once practice starts.
New offensive coordinator Frank Cignetti jumps right in the middle of it.
Redshirt sophomore RB Shariff Harris holds on tight.
Will Harris lead the way this season?
Freshman TB Dion Lewis displayed some open-field skills.
Fifth-year senior WR Cedric McGee should have more opportunities this season.
But sophomore Jonathan Baldwin will provide a big target as well.
And more times than not, Pitt QBs will just hand off the ball.
In any event, the Pitt QBs should have a lot of options this season. But which one will be able to take advantage?
The offense could be explosive.
But the defense will be ready to provide pressure.
