Gray Commits to Purdue

Indianapolis Pike's Aloyis Gray chose Purdue on Saturday. We take a look at his game and how he fits in West Lafayette.

Aloyis Gray had offers from Cincinnati and Illinois as well, but chose to stay in-state.

"Aloyis committed to Purdue," Red Devils head coach Derek Moyers said.

A 6'3, 170-lb quarterback for Pike, Gray has been projected as a wide receiver by Scout and may end up playing there for the Boilermakers. That said, his athleticism and experience under center gives him a chance to stay at that position.

He is the tenth commitment for Purdue, and the third from the state, joining Warren Central safety Jordan Shine and Carmel linebacker James Herman.
