Purdue Offers Ohio O-Lineman

Looking up and down the master list of Purdue recruiting, it looks like the Purdue coaches are after some talented Midwest offensive lineman. This prospect has a Boilermaker scholarship offer.

Tom Anevski, a 6-foot-5, 275-pound, offensive tackle from Cincinnati (Elder) is becoming the hot topic of conversation in Big Ten country.

Anevski will be a two-year varsity starter in 2002. He was named all-conference and all-city as a junior.

"I've been offered scholarships by Cincinnati, Purdue, Minnesota and Vanderbilt." Anevski said.

"My favorites are Cincinnati, Purdue, Northwestern, Boston College, Ohio State, Michigan and Pittsburgh. I don't have a leader at all."

Anevski is a Midwest "Top 100" prospect. He also letters in wrestling and he plans on majoring in Engineering.
