B.S.R. Prospect Video - Dan Giordano

Dan Giordano, a 6-foot-4, 240-pound, defensive end, from Lincoln-Way East high in Frankfort, Ill., was one of the best defenders in the state of Illinois in 2006. Giordano holds the career tackles record for the Griffins and now he's looking for scholarship offers.

"Dan Giordano is a flat-out beast," said East coach Rob Zvonar. "Dan has a motor that doesn't stop. He's a freak and he's also as mean as the day is long. I can see him being a defensive end or maybe moving inside to play tackle at the next level.

Giordano had 74 tackles, 14 tackles for loss and 11 sacks as a junior. He was named 1st team all-state. Dan is listing Illinois, Iowa, Purdue, Michigan State and Wisconsin as favorites. Eastern Michigan and Eastern Illinois have offered a scholarship.
