Will Jasper Camp at Rutgers?

ScarletReport.com caught up with De'Andre Jasper to see what his thoughts are on Rutgers since his recruitment picked up. Will Jasper, from Jackson High School in Miami, camp at Rutgers this summer? Check inside …

Before De'Andre Jasper can evaluate Rutgers, he wants to go there. Rutgers was one of the first schools to offer the Jackson High School (Miami, Fla.) wide receiver and he said he will camp in Piscataway, N.J. this summer to see how he feels about the school.

"I don't know much about them right now," Jasper said. "I like that they seem interested, but I want to learn more about New Jersey. One of their coaches just came to watch today. It means they like me."

Jasper holds verbal offers from Arizona State, Auburn, Florida State, Mississippi, Rutgers, South Florida, UCF and Virginia and said he has no favorites at this time.

"I haven't thought about it much," Jasper said. "I like them all I guess."

Rutgers, Jasper said, is "definitely" in the mix, however.

"I like that Rutgers was one of the first to give me an offer," Jasper said. "It feels good. I'm going to go up there this summer. That's how I can learn more about them."

Jasper, the cousin for former Rutgers receiver Tim Brown, said he will wait to make any verbal commitment until at least the end of the season.

He has no plans of trimming his list and has no favorites.
