Arcidiacono Picks Rutgers

WARMINSTER, Pa. —'s ninth ranked center prospect in the Class of 2012, Brandon Arcidiacono, announced his decision to commit to Rutgers today at a ceremony at Archbishop Wood High School (Warminster, Pa.). will have plenty of reaction and analysis to the newest member of the Class of 2012.

WARMINSTER, Pa. — Brandon Arcidiacono will join teammate Desmon Peoples at Rutgers in 2012 after verbally committing at Archbishop Wood High School (Warminster, Pa.) in a public ceremony.

Arcidiacono joins fellow Pennsylvania native Chris Muller as Rutgers' first two offensive line recruits. He is's No. 9 center nationally in the Class of 2012.

"Every since I went up for Junior Day I was in love with Rutger," Arcidiacono said. "I kind of knew it would be the place I would end up. They were the first to offre me, and they've been my leader ever since."

Arcidiacono visited Rutgers multiple times this spring and was last on campus in mid-June for an all-out tour of everything Rutgers. He told that Rutgers was in his top five after the visit and that a decision will be coming in the summer. will have much more reaction from the announcement throughout the rest of the day.
