TV: Coleman on Recovery, Readiness

PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Rutgers receiver Brandon Coleman talks about having surgery on his right knee, the need to learn a new offense, the play of the receivers in the spring and whether he will be ready for the start of the 2013 season.

Rutgers receiver Brandon Coleman missed spring practice because of right knee surgery, and for the first time since the injury he met with the media.

Coleman, who is still on crutches, said he should be ready for the 2013 season. He added the injury should not be a factor in his learning the new offense of coordinator Ron Prince, and he also talked about his role as a leader among the group and what he has seen from them in the spring.
