NEWPORT, R.I. -- Isaac Holmes enters his second training camp as a starting nose tackle for Rutgers and feels physically ready to perform at a high level.
Holmes missed more than half the 2012 season with injuries, but attacked his rehabilitation and feels fighting fit. Holmes surged in last year's camp and emerged as one of the most exciting new starters on the defense.
Now a fifth-year senior, Holmes discussed what he sees with Dave Cohen now calling the plays defensively and the young linemen emerging on either side of him.
