PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Rutgers defensive end Julian Pinnix-Odrick is hard at work in the weight room and eager to return to the field after what will be nearly a one-year absence from football.
Pinnix-Odrick tore his ACL midway through spring camp this year and aims to be back for the first spring practice of 2014. After red-shirting as a true freshman, Pinnix-Odrick is eager for his on-field opportunity.
Speaking during a Rutgers (4-2, 1-1) bye week, Pinnix-Odrick broke down the healing process and Rutgers support system.
