PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Fan favorite Chas Dodd gets the start at quarterback in his final Rutgers home game. Speaking in preparation for South Florida, Dodd discussed the meaning of a start on senior night and his aims of making a third career bowl game.
Chas Dodd spent the majority of two seasons on the bench after losing his quarterback job to Gary Nova when coach Kyle Flood took over.
Flood turned back to Dodd after poor play by Nova in the second half of 2013, and Dodd was ready to step back in as the Rutgers starter.
Dodd, who led Rutgers to an incredible comeback off the bench the last time South Florida came to town, spoke 1-on-1 with ScarletReport.com about his experiences and the will to go bowling.
