TV: WR Carroo Adds Element

PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Leonte Carroo is back, healthy and a more polished receiver after an offseason working with new receivers coach Ben McDaniels.

The last time receiver Leonte Carroo played for Rutgers, he was taking a vicious hit over the middle in November at Central Florida.

He was held out of contact in the spring, and is now ready to go.

Following the Scarlet Knights' opening practice of training camp, Carroo spoke about being healthy, the Big Ten and how he became a better route runner in the offseason as he looks to build off a sophomore season in which he caught 28 passes for 478 yards and nine touchdowns in 10 games.
