TV: Flood Talks Open Practice

PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Rutgers coach Kyle Flood opened practice for fans Saturday, and the result was a packed practice field. Limited to shoulder pads, Rutgers went for two hours with Flood speaking afterwards to give thoughts on freshmen, injuries and the offensive installation.

The Rutgers fans lucky enough to visit today's practice saw an offense with almost everything installed for the season. With 95 percent of the playbook in, Flood gave the fans a chance to watch Gary Nova run a sucessful two-minute drill.

Many young Rutgers players enjoyed their first experience in front of the fans, including cornerback Dre Boggs, who could win a starting job. Flood broke down Boggs as a potential starter and updated injuries after the conclusion of practice.
