For Milewski, It's Time to Play the Game

PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Fifth-year senior captain David Milewski saw plenty of team accomplishments during training camp. But the starting defensive end is now eager for the Rutgers season to get started. Three days into Washington State film study, Milewski breaks it down approaching the start of game week in New Jersey.

The Washington State offense presents multiple unique challenges for the Rutgers defense. Between a complex pass protection scheme and a strong stable of wideouts, the Scarlet Knights will use every minute to get ready for the 2014 season.

A team captain and fifth-year senior, David Milewski has been active in the film rook and on the field in leading the younger players on the defensive line.

Milewski spent a full offseason healthy after multiple knee surgeries in his career. He logged 34 tackles as a rotation guy last season, and now replaces Marcus Thompson as a captain and the starting "R."
