PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Defensive end Julian Pinnix-Odrick saw his first college action Thursday after missing his redshirt freshman season with a torn ACL. Pinnix-Odrick broke down the depth developing on the defensive line, and addressed his personal foul against Washington State. He vows it will not happen again.
Whether it was first-game jitters or just a bad decision, Julian Pinnix-Odrick said he will not commit a personal foul again in the same fashion as he did Thursday.
Pinnix-Odrick nearly cost Rutgers three points with a very late hit at the end of a play heading into halftime. Washington State missed the field goal attempt that followed.
Pinnix-Odrick played in his first college football game Thursday after two years on the sidelines. He talked about his debut, and the next step he needs to take during a Monday conversation with ScarletReport.com.
