Transfer Turzilli Settling in at Receiver

PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Fifth-year senior transfer Andrew Turzilli is as new to Rutgers as he is to the budding rivalry against Penn State. But after transferring to his home-state university from Kansas, Turzilli wants to build off of his home debut against Howard.

Andrew Turzilli is happy at Rutgers for many reasons, and one is the chance to play in front of a sold-out crowd on national television this Saturday.

Turzilli transferred to Rutgers as a graduate student for the chance to play with a veteran offensive coordinator, senior quarterback and less than an hour away from home.

Last week's win over Howard gave Turzilli the chance to play in front of his parents for what he described as the first time in a long time. New to Rutgers, Turzilli talked about what playing Penn State means to him and how impressive quarterback Gary Nova has been to work with so far.
