COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Rutgers junior Leonte Carroo wants to see the locker room be accountable for the second loss of 2014, and move past the 39-point blowout against Ohio State. Carroo, who led Rutgers with 100 receiving yards, discussed his first career Big Ten road game and what needs to improve after an ugly loss.
Rutgers players must hold themselves accountable instead of simply flushing the 39-point loss and moving on, said Leonte Carroo.
The junior receiver was a standout in the passing game for the Scarlet Knights, but said he was at fault as much as everyone else. losing 56-17 at Ohio State, Carroo spoke about the need to fix mistakes and get ready for Nebraska.
The Scarlet Knights (5-2, 1-2) struggled with both ball movement and pass protection against the No. 13 Buckeyes and have just six days to turn it around before another ranked game.
