Inside the Locker Room: Scarlet Knights Win

PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Rutgers came out on top for the first time this season in a 61-44 win over Fairleigh Dickinson. After the win, Scout spoke with the star players in the locker room, including Junior Etou who logged his first career double-double.

Rutgers did not have Kadeem Jack and it didn't matter in the 61-44 victory over Fairleigh Dickinson Wednesday at the RAC.

Led by an 11-point, 14-rebound performance from Junior Etou, Rutgers improved to 1-1 on the season. Guard Bishop Daniels scored a career-high 18 points to lead all scorers and D.J. Foreman chipped in seven in his first career start.
