EAST LANSING, Mich. -- Rutgers quarterback Gary Nova was quick to point fingers after a 45-3 loss at Michigan State. Those fingers pointed to himself after a two-interception day and just 108 passing yards from Spartan Stadium.
Gary Nova was far from 100 percent Saturday, and it showed in a poor passing afternoon against Michigan State.
The two-time Rutgers team captain threw two interceptions (now one away from Ryan Hart's career record), and missed open receivers in a forgettable day for the offense.
Nova willingly accepted the blame, and addressed his poor personal performance from the locker room.
