Super Nova

COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- It was a comeback for the ages and Rutgers quarterback Gary Nova engineered it. He threw four touchdowns in the 41-38 win at Maryland and then spoke about it.

Gary Nova admitted the thought crossed his mind it would be the last football game of his life.

He then did something about it.

Nova engineered a comeback for the ages as Rutgers rallied from a 25-point deficit late in the second quarter and stunned Maryland at Byrd Stadium.

In leading the biggest comeback in school history, Nova completed 28 of 42 for 347 yards and four touchdowns, including a 10 yarder to Andre Patton early in the fourth quarter to tie the game.

After the craziness, Nova met with the media to talk about it.
