Tuesday Bowl Practice: Flood's Breakdown

PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Rutgers began its scout-team work for the Quick Lane Bowl Tuesday with developmental periods still installed for the younger players. Head coach Kyle Flood spoke after practice about which position group caught his eye in developmental periods and thoughts on individual players.
