OSU's Russell Dominates RAC

PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- The fourth triple-double in Ohio State history came Sunday evening against Rutgers with a dominant showing by D'Angelo Russell. The freshman phenom's 23 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists handed the struggling Scarlet Knights a 79-60 loss at the RAC.

Rutgers had no answer for freshman phenom D'Angelo Russell, and a 79-60 loss became the result.

The Scarlet Knights (10-15, 2-10) lost their eighth straight game Sunday, but coach Eddie Jordan is trying to keep things positive in the locker room with at least seven games left.

"I don't have a losing streak in my mind," Jordan said. "I'm not even concerned about a streak. I'm not. I understand where we are. I understand what's happening, but every day is a fresh day -- a day to get better. Cherish the position you're in to be a scholarship athlete int his kind of conference at this great school."
