PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Rutgers may be on its longest losing streak, but there is more to do than go through the motions in the final games of the 2014-15 season. Head coach Eddie Jordan pulled the plug on a Sunday practice, and explained why during a senior night conversation Monday at the RAC.
Eddie Jordan did not like what he saw Sunday when Rutgers took the court for practice. So he pulled the plug.
Jordan aborted practice Sunday in an effort to get the best out of his players for tomorrow's senior night clash with Maryland.
"We didn't practice well, so I threw them out ... of practice," Jordan said. "We were supposed to come back at seven, and the weather prevented us from doing that, so they're going to get the wrath of Coach today."
