Charity Tournament Raises $70,000

BEDMINSTER, N.J. -- Rutgers coach Kyle Flood's charity golf tournament raised $70,000 spread through four charities -- the Eric LeGrand Believe Fund, Special Olympics New Jersey, Embrace Kids Foundation and Together 4 Kids. Flood spoke with Scout after the event, and offered good news regarding running back Paul James.

Charity was the focus Monday evening, but Rutgers coach Kyle Flood also stated that he expects running back Paul James back at 100 percent for training camp in one month.

James underwent knee surgery after he tore his ACL against Navy in September.

Flood touched on a variety of topics during a media session at his charity golf tournament including facility upgrades and the 328 golfers in attendance.
