Rutgers Lands Wright

West Hartford (Conn.) Kingswood-Oxford three-star receiver Isaiah Wright verbally committed to Rutgers Wednesday as the 16th member of its recruiting class and fourth at his position. Wright represents the first July commitment for coach Kyle Flood after he landed 10 in June.

Connecticut's top receiver - Isaiah Wright - pledged his services Wednesday to Rutgers and head coach Kyle Flood. Wright is the fourth receiver in the Rutgers recruiting class, joining Mohamed Jabbie, Taysir Mack and Ahmed Bah.

Wright camped at Rutgers two weeks ago, where the Scarlet Knights emerged as his leader. He caught 38 passes for 799 yards and eight touchdowns as a junior.
